Registration Information

Online Registration for Spring 2018 now OPEN!

IMPORTANT:  There will be NO ONSITE registration (online only)

If you cannot complete the online registration process, please contact the NLBA Registration Director (see contact info on website).  Note:  $25 late fee applied to all registration orders after January 31, 2018

Uniform Sizing:  please either enter the information during the online registration process or attend Rebels Fest 2018 on dates to be determined.  To avoid crowding/long lines, please bring players in during the uniform sizing times by In-House level (see "Age Chart" if needed) listed below.  If you're not available during the designated time, it's okay to come in anytime between 11AM and 3PM.

Shetland/Maverick (4, 5, 6 year olds):  11:00AM - Noon

Pinto (7, 8 year olds): Noon - 1PM

Mustang (9, 10 year olds): 1-2PM

Bronco/Pony/All levels (11, 12, 13, 14+ year olds): 2-3PM

REGISTRATION FEES:
Ages 4 through 14 in-house & travel $175 Per Player
Ages 15 and up in-house & travel $200 Per Player
Out of district fee: (more info) $35 Per Player
Activity Fee: (more info) (download voucher) $50 Per Family
Family Cap:  $450*

* Family Cap includes Registration fees only (does not include Activity Fee or Out of District Fee)

Note: Each family is required to pay a fully refundable ‘Activity Fee’ of $50, payable at registration only. All players in a family must be registered online at the same time The activity fee is an incentive for parents to find a way to volunteer. This fee will be refunded if specified volunteer criteria are met. More information regarding the activity fee and volunteer opportunities, will be listed on the registration form and on the website.


If you anticipate your child may be playing high school baseball next spring, we encourage you to register for the NLBA during open registration before 1/31/2018 to avoid a $25 late fee. If there is a conflict, you may contact the NLBA to cancel the registration (subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee)


REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY:

Requests for refunds of registration fees, for whatever reason, must be made in writing to the NLBA Executive Board, without exception (see website for contact info).  The Board evaluates each request and rules accordingly on the circumstances and information provided to them. Refunds may be pro-rated or in-full, depending on the situation and timing of the request. Activity Fee and Out of District fees will be included in refunds, however all refunds are subject to a $25.00 cancellation processing fee.  Most requests are granted, including any high school related issues, and the cancellation processing fee waived with appropriate notice.


ACTIVITY FEE:

The NLBA is a large and growing organization that requires numerous volunteers to operate successfully. As an incentive to parents to find a way to volunteer, a required activity fee must be paid at registration. There are several opportunities to volunteer (see below) The activity fee you pay at registration may be refunded if one of the criteria has been met and the proper form completed and authorized by the void date listed on the Activity Fee Voucher form (available online). See your team manager for more details. You may also contact the Activity Director (see contact info on the website).  Volunteer opportunities are listed below:

Managers may authorize the refund voucher for a team parent and assistant coach volunteering (see below). All other volunteer events must be authorized by an Executive Board Member.  It is the parent’s responsibility to complete this form, obtain the necessary authorizing signature and e-mail or mail in by the void date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the activity fee refund. You will be able to attain the refund form from your team manager or via this link: download voucher

  • Participate as a team mom or team dad (one team parent per team may be eligible for a refund)
  • Assistant Coach (up to two assistant coaches per team may be eligible for a refund)
  • Assistance with the registration process (Fall Ball or Regular Season)
  • Manager (one manager per team may be eligible for a refund)
  • Provide assistance at a league sponsored event (i.e. Field Prep, Evaluations, Opening Day, Rebels Fest)
  • Participate on a league committee on a regular basis (pre-approval by Executive Board Member)
  • Concessions (non paying, pre-approved by Executive Board Member)
